Would anyone know the "inexpensive state of the art" for voice recognition?
Can one buy a $500 board for an IBM pc that will recognize 200 words for a
single speaker with training (of both) with an accuracy of 98% and delay of
200 ms? I would also like to know this sort of thing for hand-held character
readers with multiple fonts and sizes and handwriting.
