I have read all the ISO documents on naming and addressing, on the structure of registration authorities ad nauseum. They all tell theoretically how everything fits in, but they don't say: "contact such-and-such at such-and-such address..." Does NIST (formerly NBS) administer them for U.S. ? ANSI ? MAP ?
