NFS depends only on UDP (at least in all currently available
implementations).  So, if UDP packets traverse the bridge, then NFS
will work.

Yellow Pages (YP) is a different story, and PC-NFS makes heavier use of
YP (typically) than some other systems.  YP uses broadcast to locate
servers.  If your bridge forwards broadcast packets (many do not or
cannot) then YP will work, too.  But YP is not required, and PC-NFS can
be set up not to use YP at all.
