We've found a few problems in some of the tcp mailer rulesets that were
included in the recent sendmail distribution on ucbarpa.  They have been
fixed and the distribution updated.  We've also included some additional
documentation on the configuration files as well as some support routines
and include files to make it easier to install under Sun OS and Ultrix.
