I have heard that several groups are working on implementations
of CMIS, CMIT, and/or CMOT.  I am working for SAIC teamed with
SPARTA to evaluate network management needs of DDN users and
perhaps compile or even develop a toolbox of network management
tools.  I would be interested in public domain implementations
of any ISO management protocols.
