Some people in my organization are writing some software that uses the 
Excellan socket library on the 325 and 225 hardware. They need to put the 
board into promiscuous receive mode. The library doesn't provide
this functionality. We have gone through the official Excellan channels
to no avail. If anyone out there has done this (hello Excellan 
engineering), please let us know how it is done. If it is easier for
you to call than post, please call  the engineer who is 
doing the work, Keith Thomas at (404) 442-4709.
