Intel 82586s are used in the following "dumb" (no on-board processor) cards
(note that I include some PS/2 cards, as well):

InterLAN NI5210, NI9210; 3Com 3C523; AT&T Starlan NAU; Univation NC516;
Tigan Communications; IMC Networks; U-B NIC/PS2; and probably some others.

The chip is also used in the following "smart" (on-board processor) cards:

TRW PC-2000; Excelan EXOS205; U-B NIU; 3Com 3C505; InterLAN NP600; and
probably some others.
