I am trying to transfer bunches of files between an IBM PC and a MacII.  Any of
the following would be helpful:

    - source for macput/macget that runs on the PC.
    - source for Kermit on the PC.
    - source for Kermit on the Mac.
    - any source for the PC that talks to the UART and uses XON/XOFF

I have Kermit for the PC.  The only Kermit I have for the Mac is inside Red
Ryder, and it doesn't do more than one file at a time.
