I too have heard this rumor. However I fail to see how a virus program could live in the clock. As far as I am aware, there's no NVR in the Amiga except for the clock registers themselves, which are CHANGING constantly (as time passes). I know it's not a definitive answer, but I hope it helps a bit. Paul.
