It's been a while, but here goes another search for stuff:

Here's what I've got:

      A Mac Lab that has a LaserWriter Plus w/AppleTalk (of course)
                              (Okay, so it a Plus, no more snickers)

Here's what I need:
      Some way to count the number of copies a user makes.

Guidelines:
      Some kind of device that requires the use of an electronic
      card which has a counter that is automatically decremented
      with each page printed.  This device has to be tamper
      resistant and prevent use of the LaserWriter w/o the card.

Let me know about any device that satisfies these guidelines.  If
  you're part of a company that sell this stuff, let me know.  If.
  you're not and you know of a company that does, let me know also.
  This is kinda urgent so direct mail is encouraged.
