Franklin computers use to have a very high failure rate on about 1year output
of their computer.  The drives were horrible.  I knew a woman that was head
of the tech stuff there.  She told me that the techs wouldnt align half the
drives(which was apparent to me!).  You best check for replacement parts,
keyboards mainly.
