Subject: Print Shop problems 
 
I'm having some problems using Print Shop and Print Shop Companion, and I was 
hoping that some of you out there might have some idea what the problem is... 
 
I can create something using the Print Shop or the Companion, and everything 
goes fine until I try to print it out on my printer, and then all I can get is

gibberish. I have tried to configure Print Shop to my setup (Apple //e, 2 disk
drives, Epson LQ-800 [like a RX, FX, or MX series], and a Star Micronics 
Grafstar parallel printer card), but it doesn't seem to make any difference.  
I've double-checked the DIP switches on my parallel card, and on the printer, 
and I can't find anything wrong there.  I've even tried other settings in the 
Print Shop configuration, without any luck. 
 
If anyone has any ideas whatsoever, my thanks in advance for your help!
