You can indeed download ShrinkIt from GEnie.  It's just in A2Pro, not 
A2.  The sysops have a point: ShrinkIt isn't even finished yet, and 
having ONE MORE PACKER in A2 (the general-purpose Apple II section) is 
just going to confuse more neophytes.  The library manager has enough 
questions already, like "What does BQY mean?", without having to worry 
about "What do you mean, I downloaded the wrong packer?"
