I need this for my MicroDot package (for more details on MicroDot, see page 10 of the latest Nibble). Currently I am using a very modified HYPER.FORMAT, but it requires a large memory buffer in which it builds the track image. Has anyone written a disk formatter which writes the track "on the fly" as did DOS 3.3? I really want to get rid of that huge track buffer. It wouldn't be so bad except that it's fixed in memory at $6800-$8000. /\ \/ Jerry Kindall -- Jerry Kindall via cmhGate - Net 226 fido<=>uucp gateway Col, OH UUCP: ...!osu-cis!n8emr!cmhgate!10!Jerry.Kindall
