I was one of those asking about writing IBM-compatible disks on the
8-bit.  No one seems to have a way of using unmodified hardware, even
with an XF551 disk drive.  I really need to do this if possible, as
the 8bit is at home and the PC is at work, and I would prefer not to
use asynch as I don't have a modem.

I have the atari tech notes coming in the mail (finally), and
hopefully will be able to figure out how to do it myself.  Anybody
know how to get docs for the IBM PC/MSDOS (preferably for free?)
