The Publishing Partner drivers are available on Genie (hpd and hpf I believe)
and so is a first word driver.  I've updated the first word driver to
correctly switch from draft to letter quality, and have created another
one that accesses the Helvitica ascii cartridge.   If there is sufficient
interest, I will post them.

BTW, First Word really rips when printing out Helvitica using the cartridge.
