Does anyone know if Atari's announced when TOS 1.4 will be available?
How 'bout when it will be built into new machines?  Finally, what about
the upgrade strategy/price for older machines?

The reason behind all this is that I periodically contemplate buying a
Mega, but given all the fixes that are alleged to be in 1.4, I'd much
rather be running that than the old stuff.  I'd also like to avoid
buying a new machine, then getting socked with a hefty upgrade charge a
month later.
