	Does anybody know if one can alter the Bcastnid
	variable in /etc/master.d/arp in order to alter the
	default broadcast ID? Also, is there a way to get 
	WINS 2.1 to speak to Sun's and other 4.2 based systems?
	Ftp hangs and all fingers, rsh, etc hang when the 3b2
	is the computer being fingered, rsh'd etc. 

	Finally, can one hope to support subnets on WINS 2.1?
