	commodore 128 system including:
	
	cpu, 1571, 1541 (dev9), Thompson RGBI-composite monitor, 
	avetec 1200 baud modem, rs232c interface, Gemini 10x 160cps
	parallell printer, XETEX Graphics Jr. printer interface w/NLQ,
	Volksmodem 1870 1200 baud modem.

	Software including:

	Power-C compiler (64 and 128 development possible), a Power-C
	object compatible assembler, CSDOS/ARC IBM format compatible
	archiver with special DOS transient command shell (FAST!),
	PAPERCLIP III word processor (many great features including
	outlining, table of contents generation, etc.), Misc. games,
	misc. public domain utilities including KERMIT.

	Miscellaneous:

	All manuals, Programmers Reference Guide, Transactor Magazine
	back-issues

	Price: $1000

	This is a fair price.  I looked into several used equipment
catalogs, and the sum price of the hardware alone was over $1500 for
used equipment and the software is worth at least $200-$400 depending
on where you shop for it.  All above mentioned items are in good
working order.  The Power-C has the latest upgrades from the BBS in
Canada.
