First, has any one used the RS232 serial mice (e.g., Genius GM+ etc. advertised in Computer Shopper) on a 6300? How well do they work in general and in particular with a 6300? Any model better than the others? I would appreciate all the information I can get (both good and bad). Secondly, I am looking for the least expensive way of upgrading an AT&T PC6300 CPU3 with 256K of memory on the mother board to 640K of memory. I noticed that the later versions of the mother board had higher density (256Kb) memory chips. Except for this the boards were identical. Is it correct to assume that by replacing the existing 64K chips with 256K ones I could expand the memory to 640KB, possibly 1MB? Any problems to look out for? I welcome all suggestions, ideas, recommendations, warnings etc. Please use e-mail if you feel there is not enough interest. Thanks in advance to all of you for your replies.
