Last summer there was a discussion regarding stuck disk heads.  Since I was
not having a problem then I didn't pay attention. Can anyone
tell me if there is a solution.

I have a 20MB disk that will not start spinning on power up unless I manually
more the arm that controls the heads out from the park position.  Then 
everything works fine.  Thanks.
