My AT won't boot and gives an error message of the form:

Error 1780 - Disk 0 Failure

Press "F1" to continue.

I suspect that the controller is dead since it will not boot from either
floppy or hard disk.  My question though is where do you find the
explanation for the error codes of this type.  I've been through all
of the manuals, including AT Technical Reference, Guide to Operations
and Installation and Setup manual but no luck.  Any ideas?
