I'm a bit confused about you configuration.  Could you please answer the
following questions?  Maybe I could explain it to you, but first I need more
information.

Before installing QEMM, how much ... memory do you have?
  Conventional:
  Extended (non-paged):
  Expanded (LIM paged):
-- what (if any) device drivers are loaded?

And answer the same questions with QEMM loaded.  Sorry can't help you yet.
