LIM EMS 4.0 is *not* upward compatible with EEMS.  However, if you read ">>"
as "is a functional superset of", your statement is correct.

(EMS 3.2 uses function codes 40h through 4Eh, EMS 4.0 uses codes 40h through
5Dh, and EEMS uses function codes 40h through 4Eh plus 60h through 6Ah.
Quarterdeck had to release a new version of DESQview to support EMS4 in addition
to EEMS.)
