Hodges) Organization: none Lines: 28 I am running Allegro CL 1.2.1 on a MacII with 5 Meg RAM and a Rodime 140, sometimes with and sometimes without multifinder. I have had the following problems and am wondering if you Lisp hackers out there have any advice to offer. 1. Sometime when I am backtracing the system hangs and I have to reboot (not fun) 2. I need to save a new image with PCL compiled to make life easier. I also need to save an image for environment restoring later on. I cannot find any system-dependent commands for saving the environment in my manual (admittedly a 1.1 version). Does anyone know how to do this. 3. I need to track memory usage during execution and wonder if anyone knows if the (room t) function will work. 4. Is there a programmers/developers manual aside from the users manual that might help to resolve issues of implementation? For now these are the only problems that I have encountered. Minor ones, really, and the product seems like a very good one, but I'd be happier with answers to the above questions. Does anyone know if Coral has a version of CLOS out yet? Also, does anyone have their new phone number out here? Jack Hodges, Ucla
