Keywords: transfers Message-ID: <1133@wasatch.UUCP> Date: 16 Feb 89 19:12:35 GMT Organization: University of Utah CS Dept Lines: 17 I have xbin which takes a .hqx file and converts it into the three data files: .info, .data, & .rsrc. What I want is to convert xbin straight to a binary file so I can then do a straight ftp to my mac with TelNet and not have to do any of the conversion on the Mac. Is there a hidden switch which the documentation doesn't mention or another utility which will do this? What I'm eventually shooting for is to take a file.hqx and feed it to a script which will binarize it, determine if it is a file.sit, unstuff it and then ship the file(s) off to my Mac. If anyone has done this already, or has any suggestions, please let me know. -tj- -- Tony Jacobs * Center for Engineering Design * U of U * t-jacobs@ced.utah.edu
