I have read that the new 3-slot macIIx (I think they are calling it
the Mac IIcx.) will use the NuBus. The SE/30 (like the SE) doesn't really
have a "bus" other than simply an extension of the microprocessor
bus out to a connector. 
  The NuBus is in many ways "better" than the "buses" on the SEs.
The NuBus is an industry standard, and cards that are made for one Nubus
machine (regardless of microprocessor used) should be able to be plugged
into any other machine with a Nubus bus.
