	Well I can't speak for zTerm or Freeterm but I use MicroPhone II dialy to
download using both YMODEM and ZMODEM from my UNIX box and have not any
problems.  I am using rzsz on the UNIX side (though I don't know what version),
what are you using.  Also, do you have MacBinary set on or off and what about
such things as your CRC setting (on/off) and your timeout time...
