Message-ID: <1579@aucs.UUCP> Date: 17 Feb 89 12:21:44 GMT Reply-To: peter@aucs.UUCP (Peter Steele) Distribution: na Organization: School of Computer Science, Acadia Univ., Nova Scotia Lines: 17 From time to time my Mac II crashes with a "Bus error" message (as reported by TMON). Is this normal? I never seem to be doing anything spectacular--just now I went to load Control Panel and it did it. If I attempt to exit back to the finder using TMON, I get another bus error, and TMON frequently reports that it has been damaged. I have to reboot to recover. I have 2Megs of 120ns memory. As fas as I can tell, the machine runs fine accept for these periodic bus errors. Does anyone have any ideas whether this is normal behaviour? Thanks. -- Peter Steele, Microcomputer Applications Analyst Acadia University, Wolfville, NS, Canada B0P1X0 (902)542-2201x121 UUCP: {uunet|watmath|utai|garfield}!dalcs!aucs!Peter BITNET: Peter@Acadia Internet: Peter%Acadia.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.EDU
