I want to be able to lock on the 'Disable Protection' ability of GateKeeper.

Currently, I have to remember to do this each time I restart the machine (so
I simply stopped using GateKeeper).

My reason: I would like to have a log of the resource/finder flag activity
on my system w/o having to set up a set of rights for various programs.  Gate-
keeper does this well as-is, but the function refuses to lock on!
