As far as I am aware, these formats are only available from the following
places:

     TIFF    -   ALDUS
     GIF     -   CompuServe
     PICT    -   Inside Macintosh (PICT vol1, PICT2 vol5)
     EPSF    -   ADOBE
     RIFF    -   Letraset
