I got the following price list from a local Mac user group; I'm not sure
where they got it. :-)

It looks like the lineup (in "power order") not including the laptop(s) is:

Plus, SE, II, SE/030, IIcx, IIx [, IIce ?]

Regarding the laptops, I don't see any reason that they won't come out with
the 68000 version now, and the 68030 one later...  

(Note:  I make no claims as to the validity of these prices; and I'm posting
them because the person I got them from didn't say that I couldn't...)

  Note:  It looks like this is not entirely acurate... I could have sworn the
	"vanilla" SE had a 68010 processor, not a 68000.  That, and I know that
	the Mac II came with an 80-Meg hard drive as well.
