I need to convert MS WORKS documents into MacWrite format, as this seems to be
the "standard" for interchanging formatted WP docs.  

Any programs out there to perform the conversion? 

Does MS Works v2 allow you to export to MacWrite format? 

Does anyone have the specs for the format of MS Works documents so I
can write my own converter?
