I am looking for a way to convert the Gem Draw files that my boss
makes on his PC into files that I can edit on my Mac.  Does anyone
know of any program to do this conversion?  I'll need to convert the
Mac files back to Gem Draw also.

If not, is there a package we could buy that would work on both the
Mac and the PC to do draw (as opposed to paint) style graphics?
