	There is a project group here at Software Design Group that is in 
the middle of an argument about the behavior of a program.  It seems
that there once was an IBM publication called:

               "Specifications for a Well Behaved Software"

Has anyone any information about this document?  IBM is of no help unless
you have a publication number, (anyone have the number?).  This publication
may be old, (circa 1983?).  That's all I have to go on.  Please mail me,
reply or whatever.
