It runs on the IBM PC line and generates a continuous display of graphical patterns that are interesting. I picked it up from a BBS system years ago (don't know where now). I'd like to get in touch with the author and acquire the source code, or at least the algorithms used to generate the displays. Another idea would be find a BBS that has this information.
