Has anybody ported AT&T Cfront 1.2 to a pyramid 98?? ?

I have got the cfront running, but I'm not sure on some of the include-files,
does anybody know the patches needed to things like 

  incl/curses.h,
  incl/varargs.h,
  incl/stdarg,
  incl/sys/*
  etc.

Please mail any help you might have.
