I am trying to use a monochrome (fast) canvas on a cg4 display (on a Sun
3/60) under OS 3.4.  I give create_window the CANVAS_FAST_MONO option
(first or last), but it seems to have no effect.  I have also tried using
window_set just after creation.  I am not using scrollbars, and have not
drawn into it yet.

Has anyone else gotten this to work?
