I'm trying to scroll a PANEL and a CANVAS, the CANVAS has the master
scrollbar and the PANEL has the slave scrollbar.  The CANVAS scrolls
smoothly but the PANEL scrolls in "jumps".  I need both to scroll
smoothly.  One window HAS to be a PANEL while the other needs to be a
CANVAS.

Help.
