Has anybody put together a 'total-or-near-total accounting package' for
Unix?? I'm looking for something that will do per-user accounting of CPU,
disk, paper, etc. etc. ad nauseum.  I have some scripts that I acquired
somewhere that handle small pieces, but I'm' looking for the big picture.

Something that would run under Ultrix (BSD) would be nice.  If you're close
to finishing, I can always thump on it till it works.
