I would like to convert this to a BDF file, in the same way as the standard cursors have been converted. I cannot find a program called 'bitmaptobdf' on the distribution, nor can I find anything similar. What is the recommended (painless) way to do this, and could you send me a conversion program if one exists? Thank you. William Clocksin
