The "XTERM Control Sequences" document hasn't been rewritten since xterm was
converted from X10 to X11.  Unfortunately, nobody has gone through the code to
see what has changed.  If you think that the X10 version is sufficient for
your needs you can find a copy in Appendix D of the O'Reilly "X Window System
User's Guide" (volume 3 of the set).
