I have been trying to get gnu emacs for another system that is running
VMS 4.7.  I ftp'ed (binary) emacs-18-52.bck_z and decompress.exe from
cc.utah.edu and tryed to execute decompress.  It seems to want to write
to an existing file.  Any hints?
