Currently, if you have an existing mail buffer and you try to send a
piece of mail, the "mail" command asks you if you want to delete the
pending mail or abandon the new mail request.  I often find it useful
to compose more than one piece of mail at a time.  I suggest that
there be a third possibility (create new mail buffer), and that there
be a customization variable which makes this the default.
