In GNU Emacs 18.52.3 of Sat Sep 24 1988 on photon (berkeley-unix)

(1) Texinfo.texinfo does not mention the case of node name. It should
    say that the case is not important.

(2) The command `Info-follow-reference' of Info browser does not
    understand the following cross-reference.

Domain.).

(3) The command `Info-validate' cannot not recognize the following
    cross-reference correctly. It is recognized as "Texinfo     Manual".
