The INSTALL file for gcc-1.32 says that for a sun4 running sunOS 3,
that one should use tm-sparc.h. Internal evidence suggests that
tm-sun4os3.h is actually the ticket.

Please advise if the documentation is wrong and the commentary
in the header files is correct.
