This is with gcc 1.33 and X11R3 with the Purdue patches 2.1.
It gets a fatal signal with the `gc.c' file:

gcc -c -O -traditional -finline-functions -fstrength-reduce -DPURDUE -DNO_3_60_CG4 -I. -I../include -I../.././X11   gc.c
gcc: Program cc1 got fatal signal 11.
