It seems to have grief with the multiple ::'s in the files generated by imake. On another side, is there a 'real' definition of what make should do? The Ultrix and Sun versions of make have no problem with the X11 makefiles so I am wondering if there is a 'standard' somewhere that says what things make should be able to do. -- +*************************************************************************+ * Dana Chee (201) 829-4488 * * Bellcore * * Room 2Q-250 * * 445 South Street ARPA: dana@bellcore.com * * Morristown, NJ 07960-1910 UUCP: {gateways}!bellcore!dana * +*************************************************************************+
