Earlier today I grabbed gawk-2.02 from prep.  When I tried compiling it,
it wanted the obstack.h header file which was not included as part of
the distribution of gawk.

Which actually makes sense as gawk doesn't use the obstack macros...

Deleting the ``include "obstack.h"'' line from awk.h allowed everything
to compile and link just fine.
