Is there a local archive site for comp.binaries.atari.st?  I am
interested in the following item:

	Volume 3, Issue 87: gemfast -- GEM bindings for Alcyon C

If this is available locally, how do I get it?  (I'd ask our news
administrator, but he's left for another job).  Any help would be
appreciated.
